These firm Central Valley grown olives are ready for hand-harvesting from September through October. They are naturally processed and packed in a simple marinade of salt, water, Merlot wine, red wine vinegar and olive oil. The robust flavor and firm, chewy testure partners well with a glass of red wine,artisan bread and well-aged cheeses. Because these olives are not graded according to size (orchard run), they really stand out in a serving bowl!
